Eye Jam Interactive begins all projects with an initial consultation in either Brisbane or Maroochydore in our office and involves an informal chat about the project goals, technologies that can be employed and what the customer should expect from each stage of the development process.
Given customer approval to proceed, Eye Jam Interactive completes the
following project stages:
- Consultancy to determine Business Needs for the project; scope and purpose
- Produce a written proposal outlining project requirements (Project Requirements Document)
- Design (Software Design Document)
- Prototype
- Initial development (Software Coding)
- Refinement and testing (Software Testing Document, Automated Test Code and test results)
- Deployment
- Customer acceptance testing (UAT)
At all stages of the project the customer is in control of the project through regular feedback.
Costing
Eye Jam Interactive is often asked to produce a fixed-price quotation
for software development work, and we are happy to do so. We also do work
by the hour and offer significant discounts to customers who provide
regular project work, support or sales opportunities.
