PeterPan's wanted to automate as much as possible of an travel business to maximise profits.


When we started the original turnover was less than $200k/year.  The current turnover with this system is more than $60 million / year.  Note although business has grown significantly the number of staff members has not due to our efficient business systems ('The system').

'The System' models their business exactly (business process) and manages every aspect of it.  It is the only information system required for accounting (with integrated support into SAP), reporting, sales revenue and commissions.   This includes integration to their SAP HR and CRM packages & Web service integration to many 3rd party companies such as:

  • GreyHound Australia Buses (booking on line and reconciliation of payments)
  • Money Direct payment gateway
  • ANZ Ezy Pay payment Gateway and banking
  • Respax On line bookings
  • Reslinks on line bookings

The system reports live information (accessible only by directors) of daily/weekly profit and sales.  This is used to manage agents and shops located throughout Australia and overseas, manage individual staff members and determine performance pay, bonuses and many other reports that monitor productivity.

Since 2008 We have new projects have commenced that extend the system architecture with Web based applications & Services developed in Microsoft .NET C# SqlServer using WCF WWF Workflow and other .NET Framework Technologies using .NET 2,3 and 4 (soon).
